A note from me
Each artwork you purchase is created especially for you. Prints, canvases, and framed pieces are produced individually once an order is placed. Because of this, I ask customers to choose carefully before completing a purchase.
That said, if something isn’t right, I want to help. The policy below explains how returns and refunds work, and how best to contact me if there’s an issue.
Change of mind
Because all items are made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including:
- Choosing the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong framing option
- Deciding the artwork isn’t quite what you expected
Please take a moment to review product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or faulty items
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact me and I’ll make it right.
Before returning anything, email me with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or print problem (and packaging, if relevant)
This allows me to quickly assess what’s gone wrong and advise on the best way forward. In most cases, a replacement or refund can be arranged without you needing to return the item.
Timeframe
Requests relating to damaged or faulty items must be made within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, I’m unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once an issue has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider
If you’re waiting on a refund and haven’t seen it yet, please allow a few business days and check with your bank or card provider first. If there’s still an issue, feel free to contact me.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged. As all products are custom-made, I’m unable to exchange items for different sizes or formats once production has begun.
Returns shipping
If a return is required, I’ll provide instructions once we’ve discussed the issue.
Please don’t send items back without contacting me first.
